On Site Environmental Portrat Session: Our outdoor portrait park is located right at the studio. It has mine rock walls, a reflection pond, bridges, flower beds, grass habitats, multiple flower beds and abundant greenery. Developed over 20 years and continuously improved, the portrait park helps make your photography session easy, enjoyable and efficient.

*Note: Outdoor photography sessions are scheduled when nature provides the best lighting conditions. Generally that is between 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 - 5:30 p.m.

~ up to 2 outfits ~ you’ll have between 30-45 images to select from.
A $140 reservation fee is required to book this portrait session appointment.
The reservation fee applies toward your portrait session and order.

Image Viewing Options
View, Order & On Your Way - View images and place your order directly after the photo session. A parent must be present - allow for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. Please state that you wish to view images after the photo session when you schedule your portrait session.
***A viewing time can also be scheduled at a later date.

Think & Plan - Take home a book of images (Image Preview Registry - IPR). The IPR is ready for pick up a few days after your photo session.
A $95 IPR payment is required.
This amount is applied toward your order when the IPR is returned to the studio at the time that the order is placed.

About the Reservation Fee
The reservation fee purchases a block of time from Redfern Photography in which to create your portraits. The session fee plus tax will be subtracted from the Reservation Fee / Prepayment Amount and the balance will be placed toward your order. (The purchase of your IPR--see Image Viewing Options above--turns into a credit when it is returned to the studio on your portrait order appointment date shown below.)

A refund of the reservation fee is only possible if you provide the studio with a seven working day notice of a session appointment cancellation.

Session / Commission fees are used by artists to pay for their time creating the art, assisting in the evolution of your portrait order and completing the order. The commission fee does not include prints.
